Thanks to everyone who attended the Kickoff on Thursday night. A few items for follow-up / reminder:

Concussions – Web based Base-line testing is available at www.ConcussionRecovery.com

NOT REQUIRED, BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The players will be provided with pamphlets from Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates on the first day of try-outs.

Eligibility – UPDATED!!! THERE IS ANOTHER FORM!! NO-REALLY, I’M NOT KIDDING!!! IT IS ATTACHED TO THE SITE:

- New Form – It is an Addendum to the Drug and Alcohol Policy that our AD Greg Clewis sent. ADD IT TO THE LIST.

Form Reminder to Fall and Winter Athletes – you MUST UPDATE:

Health screenings will be available at Myers Park High School. Date TBA.
Mandatory Eligibility Meetings – the Player and at least one parent must attend one of the two meetings currently scheduled for February 8 and 11 at 6:00 at the MPHS Auditorium.
Please also regularly check the Myers Park High School Sports web site http://www.myersparkhighschoolsports.com/ for more on the Health Screening, Mandatory meetings and forms.
Play / No Play (Report Card) date for Eligibility is February 4.

Tryout dates – to be held at Revolution Park from 4:00 – 6:00 as follows:

Seniors and Juniors – Tuesday February 16
Sophomores and Freshmen – Wednesday February 17
Call back date – Thursday February 18

Varsity and Junior Varsity Rosters will be posted to this web-site www.myersparklacrosse.com on Thursday evening February 18.

First day of practice will be February 19 at Revolution Park from 4:00 – 6:00 for both Varsity and JV.
